FMC Level Up

The FMC Level Up persuasive game uses an innovative microlearing method and elements of gamification. It provides participants with small portions of product and process knowledge several times a week. The acquired knowledge is automatically verified through questions and tests. Instant feedback allows participants to compete in real time, making FMC Level Up participants feel even more motivated and engaged in the game.The FMC Level Up game lasts 6 weeks and starts on February 13, 2023. Only representatives of the sales force of FMC products invited by FMC can participate in the FMC Level Up. In order to register in FMC Level Up, it is necessary to provide the registration code, which the invitees receive in a special invitation from FMC.During the game, participants earn points, the sum of which determines their place in the ranking. Within 1 week there is a full 1 round, i.e. three "knowledge pills", checking questions and a test verifying the acquired knowledge.
